Gostilna Rajsar is a family restaurant with a tradition dating back to 1965, where we do our best to cater to our guests’ tastes and requirements.
Daughter Lidija and her family lead the third generation. Before her, the restaurant was run by grandfather Alojz and father Herman, a maker of the renowned decorated Easter eggs of Prekmurje.
Bograč — the name comes from the Hungarian word for a shepherd’s cauldron.

We prepare our house specialities to order for groups booked in advance. Call a few days ahead and we’ll put together a menu with you.

The third generation
A family restaurant since 1965
Grandfather Alojz opened the restaurant, followed by father Herman — a well-known maker of Prekmurje’s decorated Easter eggs. Today, his daughter Lidija runs Raj with her family. We cook as we were taught at home and welcome our guests as we would our own family.
